Shortly after Gabrielle was born, she was diagnosed with a rare form of congenital heart disease for which there was no known cure. As a small child, she endured many operations and treatments to help tackle her heart condition. With the help of doctors and the love of her family, she battled the condition for five and half years before passing away. She lived a full and active life that brought immeasurable happiness to her family. She will be remembered for her big smile fun loving nature. Read More...
