A quotation not accepted within seven (7) days is subject to review.
Once final approval is provided by client, order cannot be cancelled or modified including but not limited to changing artwork, garment sizes, quantities and personalization.
Experimental work performed at clients request, such as sketches, drawings, composition, screens, presswork, and materials, will be charged at current rates and may not be used without consent of Entripy.
Sketches, copy, dummies and all preparatory work created or furnished by Entripy shall remain his exclusive property and no use of same shall be made, nor any ideas obtained there from be used, except upon compensation to be determined by Entripy.
Estimates for printing are based on the client supplying same size or larger black and white artwork that is “camera ready” or “scanner ready” and requiring no touch-up or clean-up. Additional time needed to make artwork ready shall be billed at current rates and may affect final turnaround time and due date. All graphics taken from a website will have to be touched up for an additional fee. Please inquire if in doubt about charges.
Artwork, type, screens, negatives, positives, colour separations and other items when supplied by Entripy shall remain his exclusive property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Alterations represent work performed in addition to the original specifications. Such additional work shall be charged at current rates and be supported with documentation upon request.
Proof approvals and revisions are to be communicated directly through the online review process to avoid delays to final due date. Revisions and approvals sent by the client through email (instead of online review process) may delay your order. Entripy regrets any errors that may occur through production undetected and cannot be held responsible for errors if the word is printed as per clients approval or if changes are communicated verbally.
For orders requiring manual approval outside online review process, written approval is required through email. If revised proofs are desired, written request must be made when proofs are returned. Revisions to manual orders are only accepted through email. Entripy regrets any errors that may occur through production undetected and cannot be held responsible for errors if the work is printed per clients O.K. or if changes are communicated verbally.
Unless specifically provided in Entripy’s quotation, press proofs will be charged for at current rates. An inspection sheet of any form can be submitted for client approval, at no charge, provided client is available at the press during the time of make-ready. Any changes, corrections, or lost press time due to clients change of mind or delay will be charged for at current rates.
Because of differences in equipment, garments, inks and other conditions between colour proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs and completed job shall constitute acceptable delivery.
Overruns or under runs not to exceed 3% on quantities ordered and/or the percentage agreed upon over or under quantities ordered shall constitute acceptable delivery. Entripy will bill for actual quantity delivered within this tolerance. If client requires guaranteed “no less than” delivery, percentage tolerance of overage must be doubled.
Entripy will maintain fire, extended coverage, vandalism, malicious mischief and sprinkler leakage insurance on all property belonging to the client, while such property is in Entripy’s possession; Entripy’s liability for such property shall not exceed the amount recoverable from such insurance.
Unless otherwise specified, the price quoted is for a single shipment, without storage, F.O.B. local client’s place of business or F.O.B. Entripy’s platform for out-of-town clients. Proposals are based on continuous and uninterrupted delivery of complete order, unless specifications distinctly state otherwise.
Production schedules will be established and adhered to by client and Entripy provided that neither shall incur any liability or penalty or delays due to state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, strikes, accidents, action of Government or civil authority and acts of God or other causes beyond the control of client or Entripy.
A pre-authorization for the full value of the order is required before production and turnaround time can commence. Once approval is granted by client the pre-authorization is captured, and turnaround time begins. Clients credit card will be charged in full upon order completion.
Entripy shall disclaim any and all express or implied warranties of merchandise or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Although Entripy uses quality materials, due to the wide variation in laundering conditions and detergents, Entripy does not guarantee against fading or shrinkage of garments during laundering. Any claims against your order must be made within 5 days of receipt, no exchanges, refunds, or compensation beyond 5 days will be accepted.
Due to the practice of batch processing knitted goods when they are dyed, Entripy cannot guarantee consistency of colour on garments from dye lot to dye lot or from one order to the next.
Entripy reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality unless advance notification is previously agreed to in writing.
Buyer shall have the right to purchase reject material at a reduced cost to be determined by Entripy. If buyer declines to purchase rejects, Entripy has the right to sell them as seconds or irregulars in any manner he sees fit. If buyer provided the goods for decoration he shall be entitled to all rejects. Reject rates on buyer’s goods shall be within expected industry standards. Entripy shall not be obligated to purchase rejects from buyer unless a specific reject rate ceiling is agreed to in writing.
Unless otherwise noted, all items shall be “bulk” packaged. Individual folding, tagging, bagging, etc., shall be charged at current rate and must be requested during online order submission.
The client shall indemnify and hold harmless Entripy from any and all loss, cost, expense and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against the Entripy on grounds alleging that the said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person, or that it contains any matter that is libelous or scandalous, invades any person’s right to privacy or other personal rights except to the extent that Entripy has contributed to the matter. The client agrees to, at the client’s own expense, promptly defend and continue the defense of any such claim, demand, action or proceeding that may be brought against Entripy, provided that Entripy shall promptly notify the client with respect thereto, and provided further that Entripy shall give to the client such reasonable time as the urgency of the situation may permit in which to undertake and continue the defense thereof.
Entripy does not assume liability for any delays with couriers and Entripy cannot provide refunds or discounts as a result of a courier delay. Entripy only guarantees that clients orders has left the Entripy premises on time.
Entripy strongly urges clients to leave some room between the time they order and the time they require the order to be ready. Although our general delivery time is 5+ business days, delays in proofing, courier delivery and other uncontrollable events can occur. No order is considered placed until we have received all related order information and confirmation of payment, along with artwork. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. All orders are deemed complete within 3% of order quantity and billed accordingly. It is highly recommended that you order extra shirts as low quantity reorders may be expensive.
