YOUR ACCOUNT
To use some features or place orders, you'll need to create an account. By doing so, you agree the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. It's important to keep your login details confidential as you are responsible for any activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized use or a security issue on your account, you must notify us right away.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice, except for order quotes, which are valid for a period of seven (7) business days. Prices are in Canadian Dollars and exclude shipping and taxes, which are applied at checkout. For international shipments, any handling fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Availability
Product availability is displayed on our site in real time and is subject to change without notice. In rare instances, items showing in stock may not be available by the time your order is processed. Should this occur, we will contact you to discuss the alternate options available.
SubstitutionsEntripy reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality in exceptional circumstances. Entripy will make every effort to provide advance notification.
ORDERING
Leadtime
We recommend allowing extra time between placing your order and your required delivery date. Although our standard order completion time is within 5 business days of proof approval on most products, delays in courier delivery, and other unforeseen events can occur. No order is considered placed until all order details are approved including, but not limited to, artwork proof approval and confirmation of payment. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If ordering T-Shirts, it is highly recommended you order extras as low-quantity reorders may incur higher costs and/or decoration inconsistencies.
Artwork Proofs
For the utmost efficiency of process, proof approvals and revisions should be communicated through the online Proofing Studio to avoid delays in production. Revisions and approvals sent by the customer through email, rather than through the Proofing Studio, may cause delays to the order.
For Standard service level orders to enter production the following business day, proof approval is required before 3:00pm EST, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Proof approval for Rush and Hot Rush orders are required by 12:00pm EST and 10:00am EST, respectively.
For orders requiring manual approval outside of the Proofing Studio, written approval is required through email. If revised proofs are desired, a written request must be made when proofs are received. Revisions to manual orders are only accepted through email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm the accuracy of all proofs. Entripy cannot be held responsible for if the word, design, or logo is printed as per the customer’s approval or if changes are communicated verbally.
Customer Supplied Artwork
Estimates for printing are based on the client supplying the accepted artwork format as listed in the checkout flow, at an appropriate resolution and that do not require any additional edits or touch up. Example: any graphics taken from a website must be touched up.
Payment Terms
Upon the placement of an order, our payment processing system will verify the details of the credit or debit card provided. Following the approval of the artwork proof and order details, the payment will be processed, and the order is entered into the production schedule. In the event the payment method is declined, the production and turnaround time for the order will be suspended and delayed until the payment is successfully received and verified.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is approved by the customer, it may not be cancelled or modified including, but not limited to, artwork changes, garment sizes, quantities, and personalization.
Packaging
All items are ‘bulk’ packaged, unless otherwise specified or agreed upon within a submitted order. Individual packaging including, but not limited to, folding, tagging, and bagging, will be charged at current rates and requested during order submission.
Overruns or Underruns
A 3% over/under run policy applies to all promotional items. Entripy may print up to 3% fewer items than requested and will credit the customer for the difference. Alternatively, Entripy may print up to 3% more than requested and the customer will be charged for the additional items. For apparel and non-promotional headwear, if the order is 100 pieces or fewer (per proof), Entripy will replace all damaged items. For orders over 100 pieces, if 2% or fewer are damaged, Entripy will issue a refund for the difference. If more than 2% is damaged, Entripy will replace the items. Customers will be notified by our Client Experience Team when damages have occurred.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Entripy uses trusted shipping partners to deliver your order quickly and securely. Shipping options and lead times provided on entripy.ca/shipping-returns are estimates and are not guaranteed. Couriers may experience delays, which are beyond our control, particularly during peak seasons. We are not responsible or assume any liability for such delays and will not offer refunds or discounts as a result.
The risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the order is picked up by the to the carrier. The price quoted covers a single shipment, F.O.B. the customers location, unless otherwise specified.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES
Dye Lot
Due to the practice of batch processing knitted goods when the fabric is dyed by the manufacturer, Entripy cannot guarantee consistency of colour on garments from dye lot to dye lot or from one order to the next.
Colour Variation
Due to differences in computer screens, equipment, garments, inks, and other conditions between colour proofing and production, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs and completed order will constitute acceptable delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Custom-printed or embroidered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. It is the customers responsibility to verify the accuracy of style, colour, size, quantity, and artwork on all orders prior to approving them. We will provide a refund on any defective, damaged or incomplete garments. Claims for defects, damaged or shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
In cases where orders appear to differ from the approved digital proofs, please contact our Client Experience team within 5 days of order receipt for review. If the issue is determined to be the result of a production error, the items will be redone, provided the original order is returned within 30 days (inclusive of shipping time).
Defective Goods
Custom-branded apparel or items that do not pass our quality checks may be offered to customers at a discounted price set by Entripy. Rates on defective goods will be within industry standards. If the client declines to purchase such items, Entripy reserves the right to sell them as seconds or irregulars as determined by Entripy.
For contract printing customers who have provided goods for decoration, they will be entitled to all defective goods. Entripy is not obligated to purchase defective goods from a customer unless a specific percentage number of defects is agreed upon in writing before production begins.
General Warranty
Entripy disclaims all implied or expressed warranties of merchandise, or warranty of fitness for any specific use. Although Entripy uses quality materials, due to the wide variation in laundering conditions and detergents, Entripy does not guarantee against any fading or shrinkage of garments during laundering. Any claims against your order must be made within 5 days of receipt. No exchanges, refunds, or compensation beyond 5 days will be accepted.
CUSTOMER’S PROPERTY
Entripy will maintain fire, extended coverage, vandalism, malicious mischief, and sprinkler leakage insurance on all property belonging to the customer while such property is in the possession of Entripy. Entripy’s liability for such property shall not exceed the amount recoverable from such insurance.
USER OBLIGATIONS
Copyrights and Trademarks
By submitting any images, content or information to our platform, you represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to use, distribute, display, and submit such content, including any copyrights, trademarks, trade names, or other proprietary rights.
You further agree not to upload, submit or provide content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or discriminatory in any way.
Reviews
By submitting a review, you agree that it is truthful, accurate, and based on your genuine experience. Reviews must not contain false, offensive, or infringing content, including personal information or copyrighted material.
You grant Entripy the right to use and display your review for any purpose. Entripy reserves the right to edit or remove reviews at its discretion if they violate these terms or applicable laws.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Intellectual Property and R&D
All concept development and research and development work requested by the customer, including but not limited to sketches, copy, drawings, compositions, screens, presswork, samples, and materials, will remain the exclusive property of Entripy and may be subject to charges depending on the complexity of the request. The use of such work or any ideas derived from it is strictly prohibited unless compensation is determined by Entripy and agreed upon in writing.
PRE-PRODUCTION MATERIALS
Pre-Production Materials
Any artwork, type, screens, colour separations, and other items supplied by Entripy will remain exclusive property of Entripy except upon compensation to be determined by Entripy and agreed upon in writing.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not: (i) reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, translate, tamper with, distribute, sublicense, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast or otherwise exploit this website except as expressly permitted by us; (ii) reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile this website or apply any other process or procedure to derive the source code of any software included in this website; (iii) use this website in a manner that interferes with other users' use of this website; (iv) link to, mirror or frame any portion of this website; or (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to or impair any aspect of this website or its related systems or networks.

Errors and Omissions
The information on this website may include errors or omissions related to products, services, pricing, availability, or other details. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Entripy, along with our officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, service providers, suppliers, and employees, from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, actions, proceedings, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that we or any of them may incur or suffer as a result of or in connection with: (a) your use of this website, (b) your failure to fulfill any obligations under these Terms and Conditions, or (c) any breach of the agreements, representations, or warranties you have made under these Terms and Conditions.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR RESONABLE CONTROL
Entripy shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, fire, strikes, government actions, or disruptions in transportation, utilities, or communications. In such instances, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel affected services without liability.
AMMENDMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entripy reserves the right to update or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion and your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of such updates or modifications.
