Our standard shipping is an economical, day-definite ground shipping option. Delivery is typically 1 to 7 business days, depending on location. Standard service offers the security of tracking and delivery confirmation.
NOTE: Our courier partners do not deliver to PO boxes. Orders with a PO box will ship via Canada Post which may slow delivery. We recommend providing a direct shipping address to avoid delays with your order.
We stand by our product. Sometimes mistakes do happen, and we will provide a refund on any stained, damaged or incomplete garments. Orders differing significantly from the approved digital proofs will be redone, provided the original items are returned within 30 days.
