How do I reset my password?

Resetting your password is easy!

  1. Click the Forgot Password link on the login page
  2. Follow the steps in the link to create a new password. 

Reset your password now. 

Where can I find my pending orders?

You can find information about your pending order in your My Account > Pending Orders.  In Pending Orders you can view your order details, check your order status, approve your artwork proofs, and cancel orders you haven't yet approved. 

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to Pending Orders on the left navigation bar.
  3. Click on the Order Number you'd like to access information on.

NOTE: Once your digital artwork proof and order have been approved, your order will move from My Account > Pending Orders to My account > My Orders. 

Where can I find and approve my digital artwork proof?

Your digital artwork proof can be found in My Accounts > Pending Orders.

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to Pending Orders on the left navigation bar. 
  3. Click on the yellow button labelled Approve Proof.
  4. Follow the instructions.   

Where can I find my order history?

Viewing your order history is quick and simple!

In My Account > My Orders you can find information like your order number, the details of a past order and the artwork used. We've made it so simple that you can even order from this page!

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to My Orders on the left navigation bar.
  3. Click on the Order Number to see its history.

How do I repeat an order?

To reorder, simply:

  1. Log into your account. 
  2. Go to My Orders on the left navigation bar.
  3. Find the Order Number you want to repeat.
  4. Click Reorder.
  5. Review your items and make any necessary adjustments. 
  6. Proceed to Checkout

How do I update my account information?

Keep your account information updated with just a few clicks.

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Navigate to Account Information on the left navigation bar.
  3. Select Edit and update your information. 
  4. Click Save.
