Your tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update. There may be a few reasons why you might not be able to see updated information for your shipment including:
NOTE: Completed orders are picked up at our Oakville Production Facility at the end of each business day and then transported to the UPS or Purolator Distribution Centres. Given the large volume of orders leaving our facility, packages are typically scanned at the shipper's depot at the end of the day.

Yes! We offer shipping services to the United States. Simply include your address in the "Ship to" details and our system will apply the shipping charges at checkout.
Please note, any customs or duty charges will be applied and collected by the courier.
Picking up your order at our Oakville Production Facility is quick and easy.
Your order can be picked up after you receive an email advising it has been completed. Order pick-up is available Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

When you arrive:
A team member will deliver your order to your vehicle or direct you to our dock for easy loading.
We stand by our product. Sometimes mistakes do happen, and we will provide a refund on any stained, damaged or incomplete garments. Orders differing significantly from the approved digital proofs will be redone, provide the original items are returned within 30 days.
