Entripy is a proud diverse Canadian company based out of Oakville, Ontario with over 55, 000 square feet of office and production space.

Our office staff is working from home, and our production teams are working at a reduced capacity with new health and safety guidelines put in place to keep our team safe.

Currently, we are experiencing delays due to our orders returning to normal volumes, while we we are still working at reduced capacity and our upstream supply chains and logistics are not running at their usual pace either. Our outbound shipments via UPS are also delayed as they cope with higher volumes and a new working normal, which is further complicated by the rush for Holiday orders and weather conditions in various parts of the country.

We have 4 production areas that work on different methods of decoration, and if your order has more than one decoration type, you may receive your order in partial shipments. Normally, we would synchronize our production schedules within our teams, but in today’s environment this has proven slightly more difficult. So, we have decided to take on the extra cost of shipping your order out as parts are completed.

We have opened up dockside pick up at the rear of our building. If you chose to pick up your order, we ask that you wait for an order completion email prior to heading to our facility.
