UPS Shipment Delays
Entripy is a proud diverse Canadian company based out of Oakville, Ontario with over 55 000 square feet of office and production space. During these unprecedented times, we have seen a growing movement to stop racism in the world. We are proud to be in support of equality regardless of race, religion or gender. We are open with office staff working from home, and our production teams working at a reduced capacity with new health and safety guidelines put in place to keep our team safe.
As businesses start to reopen at the same time, our order volumes have increased with volumes higher than normal, this combined with reduced capacity, and upstream supply chains and logistics not running as normal, we are experiencing delays. Our outbound shipments via UPS are also getting delayed as they also cope with higher volumes and a new working normal.
We have 4 production areas that work on different methods of decoration, and if you order has more than one decoration type, you may receive your order in partial shipments. Normally we would synchronize our production schedules within our teams, but in today’s environment this has proven slightly more difficult to do. So we have decided to take on the extra cost of shipping your order out as parts are completed.
As of May 12th, we have opened up dockside pick up at the rear of our building. If you chose to pick up your order, we ask that you wait for an order completion email prior to heading to our facility.
