We guarantee that our quality of screen printing and embroidery is free from any defects or misprints. Using the best machinery, along with the best inks and threads in the industry, we ensure a quality finish every time. We will provide a full refund on any stained, damaged or incomplete garments.
If your order does not resemble (within a reasonable limit) the digital proofs we provide you, we will re-do your order at no charge, provided that the original garments are returned. Please read our general terms and conditions for further information.

Once you have placed your custom clothing order, have given approval of your design proof and confirmed all of your order details (including providing your credit card authorization) with your Client Experience Specialist, your order production begins! .

The Yellow Box 5-Day Process
SUBMIT ORDER
Submit your custom apparel order. If you haven't already supplied your artwork with your online order, please email it to clientcare@entripy.com or reply to your order confirmation email.
PROOFS/REVISIONS
Once we receive your order, our Client Experience Team will begin creating your digital proofs. Please note proofs can take up to 3 hours to be created between the hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm EST. Once you receive your proofs, you can make any revisions necessary. Please include all of your revisions in one email.
APPROVAL
Approve your digital proofs and order details. Your custom apparel order will now enter our 5-business day order completion schedule. Your order must be approved by 3pm EST to enter the production cycle the following business day.
PRODUCTION
Entripy offers the fastest turnaround time in the industry of 5 business days. We aim to have your order ready to pick up or shipped at 5pm on the fifth day.
