Read moreThe Jerzees NuBlend unisex quarter-zip custom sweatshirt is a 50/50 cotton/polyester fleece that’s both warm and stylish. This staff pick collar sweatshirt has high density fabric which provides a smooth printing canvas, ensuring your custom design or logo is crisp and clear. A cadet collar and concealed 7” aluminum zipper provides additional warmth and style options. Pre-shrunk, pill-resistant fleece means your custom embroidered sweatshirt will look as great as the first time you wear it no matter how many times you wash it.
Additional Features:The most common decoration method for custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other custom apparel products, in screen printing, your custom design is exposed onto a mesh screen, washed, set up on our press then using a squeegee-type blade, the ink is passed through the screen onto the shirt. The ink is then dry cured through a conveyer dryer which raises the temperature of the ink to 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
The cost of screen printing varies by quantity and the number of colours in your design. Each time a colour is added to the design, a new screen needs to be made.
Direct to Film, the latest in on-demand garment print technology, blends the durability of heat transfer with the artwork accuracy of Direct to Garment (DTG). It's a print method that involves printing your design onto a special film (PET, or Polyethylene Terephthalate) which is then applied with heat and pressure onto your apparel.
It delivers colour without compromise.
The cost of Direct to Film does not change based on the number of colours in your design.
In embroidery, your design is sewed onto a garment using a needle and polyester thread. Entripy’s embroidery process is fully automated. Machines read a digitized pattern and reproduce the pattern onto your chosen garment. Some logos will need to be simplified to achieve the best embroidery results. The cost of embroidery will vary based on the number of stitches in your logo.
This method is popularly used by colleges and universities. Twill material is cut using a plotter and is then sewn onto the garment using an embroidery machine. You can choose from a variety of twill colours and solid or zigzag stitching. Twill is the most expensive method of decorating and gives custom apparel items a sophisticated look.
Duracad is a vinyl material used to personalize names and numbers on custom apparel items. This material has a matte appearance and is extremely thin. It has stretch ability and a permanent adhesive. Entripy uses a heat press to apply duracad material.
