Entripy offers quick and easy online ordering for all your custom apparel and promotional product needs. Once you submit your order online you will be contacted by our Client Experience Team who will provide you with a digital proof of your order and confirm your order details.

Entripy offers quick and easy online ordering for all your custom apparel and promotional product needs. Once you submit your order online you will be contacted by our Client Experience Team who will provide you with a digital proof of your order and confirm your order details.
You will be able to make as many changes to your digital proofs as necessary until you are completely satisfied. Please note day 1 of the 5-business day order completion guarantee begins once your digital proof and order details are approved. The order completion date provided online is based on confirmation of these items being received by 3:00 pm EST. Delays in approving artwork and order details will result in your order completion date being extended.
Your credit card will not be charged for your order until your proof and order details have been approved.

Located in Oakville, Ontario, we welcome walk-in clients to visit our Client Experience Centre where you can browse our latest seasonal collection and see samples of our decoration methods. Please note our showroom does not carry every item on our website. Please call for details. If you would like to see a specific product, our Client Experience Representatives can order samples for you.
We Do All Decoration Work In-House
Entripy is a full-service decorator, with screen printing, embroidery, tackle twill and Direct to Film, all done in house in our Oakville, Ontario facility.

UPS Shipping Or Pick up In-Store
Entripy uses UPS as our courier. We ship from our Oakville Ontario facility to anywhere in Canada. Learn more about Shipping.

SUBMIT ORDER
Submit your custom apparel order. If you haven't already supplied your artwork with your online order, please email it to clientcare@entripy.com or reply to your order confirmation email.
PROOFS/REVISIONS
Once we receive your order, our Client Experience Team will begin creating your digital proofs. Please note proofs can take up to 3 hours to be created between the hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm EST. Once you receive your proofs, you can make any revisions necessary. Please include all of your revisions in one email.
APPROVAL
Approve your digital proofs and order details. Your custom apparel order will now enter our 5-business day order completion schedule. Your order must be approved by 12 PM EST to enter the production cycle the following business day.
PRODUCTION
Entripy offers the fastest turnaround time in the industry of 5 business days. Your order will be ready to pick up or shipped at 5pm on the fifth day.
