Screen Printing

Screen Printing is a commonly used process to get your logo or design onto T-shirts, sweatshirts and hundreds of other items. We can arrange screen printing on almost anything!

Screen Printing leaves a soft touch finish on your garment, that will last longer than the shirt itself! The process has been perfected, and improved over many years of research and is now the standard for printing t-shirts, and other wearable items.

Pricing for screen printing is determined by the following factors:
  • Number of colours in your design
  • Number of locations to be printed.
  • Quantity of items being printed
  • The colour of the garment

Art Work Specifications for Screen Printing

The better quality image you provide us with, the better your print will look. With screen printing, clean artwork is very important. A good example of poor artwork is a graphic taken from a website. These graphics are made for screens which are can produce great images at low resolutions. However, when it comes time for screen printing a web graphic, the resolution is too low, and gives the image a really grainy undefined look. Ideally, we would like Vector art. If your image is a JPG or TIF, or any other Raster Image format, it should be at 100% size at no less than 200 dpi. The file formats we except are: EPS, AI, CDR, PSD, TIF and JPG. In order to avoid any extra artwork charges, it is ideal to provide us with the best artwork you have.

Our specialized screen printing inks ensures that your vibrant colour stays and will not crack, chip or peel. After we're finished screen printing, our quality clothing can be washed 100 times or more and your screen printing will not fade!

Screen Printing Charges

For every location, colour and print your design requires, we will need to setup a screen. When ordering, we always include the setup charges in your price to avoid any confusion and any added on expenses that you might not expect. We are constantly asked that if customers wanted to print the same design a month later, would they still encounter a screen charge, and the answer is, yes. We always setup a new screen for every job that we do, therefore, every time you order, you will need to pay this setup charge.

Entripy also offers contract rates for customers who are looking for screen printing on an item they already own or have purchased separately. Screen printing rush orders are available upon request.

Pantone Matching Systems for Screen Printing Systems

We can provide accurate pantone matching. If your company uses a specific colour or shade, provide us with the PMS number, and we can match it. This does however lead to additional charges.

Our screen printing experts use only the finest quality plasticol inks and the latest Tajima embroidery machines. We use the industry's best ISACORD threads to ensure your embroidery work is perfect. All you have to do is show us the images you want and let the screen printing begin!
