3 Easy Ways to Order
1.) Online:
Simply choose a product and select the "Instant Quote" option. Enter in your colors, quantities and printing options. Once you recieve your quote, click the "Order Now" button which will take you to our order form. You can fill out this form to the best of your ability, and once you submit it, you will receive either an email or phone call back from one of our dedicated and knowledgeable customer service representatives that will guide you through your order to completion. Submitting the form online allows you to place your order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
2.) Call Us:
Not sure if all the information on the form applies to you? Would you prefer just speaking to a customer service representative to guide you through the process? Just call our office toll free at (866) 368-7479.
3.) Email:
You can always email us the details of your order along with the logo and any other order related information. One of our customer service representatives will promptly return your email.
Order Process
Here is our standard process when you place an order:
Step 1
We gather the information that you have provided us with, and generate a digital proof. Once the digital proof is ready, we will email you with the proof, credit card authorization form, the total cost, and our trade terms and conditions. Once you have taken a look, you can request changes, or give us the green light to move forward with your order.
Step 2
Once the paperwork is in order, we forward it on to our pre-production which co-ordinates the stock and deadlines.
Step 3
Your order enters the Art Department which then edits your artwork and puts it into the right format to use for either Screen Printing or Embroidery. They engineer your artwork to ensure the best possible duplication on the garment that you have chosen. They then create a production job sheet and the order proceeds forward to our production floor.
Step 4
Our production team co-ordinates between embroidery and screen printing, your images are either burned onto a screen ready for printing, or digitized for embroidery.
Step 5
Production commences on your order.
Step 6
Once you order is complete, it passes through quality control and is packed, and made ready for shipping.
Step 7
Your order is made available for pick up, or is shipped out to you!
Our standard turnaround time is 7 business days from the moment we receive all the necessary information and approvals. Rush service is available for an additional cost.
