Once you have placed your order and given final approval to proceed, your order
is guaranteed ready in 7 business days. If your order is not ready in this time
frame, and you are not notified at the time you place your order of any delays,
you will receive 50% off your order (up to a maximum value of $1000). It's that
simple.

We guarantee that our quality of screen printing and embroidery is free from any
defect or misprints. Using the best machinery, along with the best inks and threads
in the industry, we ensure a quality finish every time. We will provide a full refund
on any stained, damaged or incomplete garments. If your order does not resemble
(within a reasonable limit) the digital proofs we provide you, we will re-do your
order at no charge, provided that the original garments are returned. Please read
